Unit Selection For VTU 4th Sem Electronics Students

NOTE: The above Unit selection is taken from some previous years students who, has scored well by reading these all units. So, if you have selected other units then don’t go through the above and just read your own selected units. If you want some more units then you can select 4^th unit in Microcontroller as in June/july-2010, not even a single question has been asked from this unit so it may possible that, this time question may come from the unit. Remember that 4^th unit is full of C Program but easy if you have interest in it. Also check out some previous years question paper for format of questions. And never scared about HDL, is you will study first 3 units from part-A whatever I have mentioned above will be enough to pass in this subject. Remember HDL is a scoring subject but read carefully. Otherwise don’t forget students also get back in this subject. But be positive about what I told you about the above units. For CS check out the problems in Ganesh Rao book, if you are preferring other books.

A SIMPLE TIPS TO DO WELL EVEN IF YOU HAVE LESS TIME TO STUDY:

Look , even a single day is enough to do well in VTU exam if you will concentrate. Here I am telling you some points-

1.       Take a first type of problem and start doing it by spending 30 minutes on a single problem and solve it well by the help of your book carefully, observe each step very keenly , and when its over take another problem on same type and now start doing it by yourself only, and don’t see the solution during the solving of problem, after you have solved check the answer or solution and see if you have done any mistake, if yes then correct it and go for another problem if no correction means you did it. Now take another type of problem and follow the similar steps. So by doing this your speed of solving problem will automatically get increased next time.

So by doing this if you have done only three units means these three unit will be definite for you, means you can solve the questions in examination and if you have solved 60 marks you will easily get 55 marks if not more mistake.

In other hands, if you are simply going through all the 5 and 6 units then sometime one couldn’t even score 35 marks in that particular subject.

I thought you’d be listen sometime from your friends that I have done 70 marks and got 60 or 65 or at worst condition 50. And from other one who has told you I have done 5 units or attempted 80-90 marks but I got back.

So, go through the above and score well in your examination. And I can tell you only three days before posting of this won’t help all the students as, many students has been started revise of all the subjects. So this is for whom has still confused about which unit will be better or scoring.
