Description | The aim of the project was to ensure delivery of govt. services to the citizens of Uttaranchal using electronic medium through five CIC (Community Information Center or Information Kiosk) on a pilot basis leading to setting up of 1000 CICs, ultimately and to develop citizen-centric, user-friendly (bilingual) portal for providing Information Kiosks are referred as “Soochna Kutirs” in this portal. I had worked in different roles during this project and always got a great opportunity to learn at each step of this project. My first role was to perform gap analysis of various departments’ information and services in Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode with pro-poor emphasis. These and then analyze the results. On Basis of this analysis the templates were prepared which were further discussed with the Department representatives. On the basis of finalized template the y provided the data, then that data is analyzed and we have to decide how to present that data on the website. |

Description | The HMS was a very big project of TCS for automation of the hospital. As a part of modernization of hospital’s daily operations and patient care services TCS had submitted a technical proposal and offered the HMS version 2.0 product. Hospital has entrusted TCS with implementation of the product with suitable customization to accommodate its specific requirements as well. The application software has been developed in modular fashion for hospital management for selected area/departments. |
